WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PHOTOGRAPH NEWBORNS?
Newborns are best photographed between 6 and 21 days, but exceptions can be made. Book early so that I have a time spot available as newborn sessions are limited each month.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE A SESSION FEE?
The session fee reserves your date and covers my time and overhead costs. Most sessions take 10-15 hours from the time I start planning until images are delivered.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I’m in Bentonville, but I serve all of Northwest Arkansas and will travel for a small fee.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
The only things I strongly urge against is an all white shirt and wearing the exact same thing (all black shirts and khaki pants). Beyond that, be comfortable! Muted colors photograph best but I want your images to be an accurate representation of your family and style. I’m happy to make suggestions or help with clothing choices.
DO YOU OFFER CLOTHING OPTIONS FOR US?
I have newborn, child and maternity clothing in studio that you are welcome to use.
I DON’T WANT DIGITAL IMAGES, CAN I JUST ORDER PRINTS?
Absolutely. If you do not want digital files, you can place a print order instead. I highly recommend it!
HOW LONG AFTER THE SESSION CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, but 21 days is the standard. Of course, I always do my best to deliver your photos to you as soon as possible.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes! I want you to order exactly what you love and will cherish forever. I will work with you on payment.
WHO HAS THE RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES?
You have the rights to print the images for personal use when you purchase digital files and Bethany Blair Photography maintains the copyrights of all images.
